Choose 2 proteins (carne asada, tinga chicken, veracruz fish, camarones de ajo, gringo ground beef, tofu, butternut squash, carnitas, chickpeas, chorizo)

Comes with house salad base. 

Choose 2 bases (rice/beans, black beans, pinto churro beans)

Choose 2 salsas (salsa roja, salsa fresca, salsa verde, avocado salsa, devil's salsa, mango pico salsa)

Choose (chips or porkrinds for salad bowl and nacho bar)

Choose 2 sides (chipotle butternut squash, elotes cup, plantains, pineapple cucumber salad)

Toppings: (Onions, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, pickled jalapeños, limes)

2 premium sides: Guacamole, Queso
